United States Secretary of Defense William Cohen apparently stated in a press briefing, while commenting on new technological threats possibly held by terrorist organizations: "Others are engaging in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, (and) volcanoes remotely, using the use of electromagnetic waves." Dr Begich's news release adds: "While the Secretary of Defense suggests this capability might be possessed by terrorist organizations, the U.S. military continues to deny that they also control such technology."

Has two facility locations. One in in Gokona, Alaska(public decoy) which was opened in 1992.There main website is "www.haarp.alaska.edu" which states that they are monitoring and archiving the "naturally occurring variations with the sun's activities such as sunspots and solar flares."
This location is misleading because it makes HAARP seem innocent and harmless. Here they only perform "harmless" research and allow people to visit and take pictures of their facilities.


And another location (where private testings are performed) This location is not available to the public for good reasons.Very few people know about this location.
Writer Dan Eden, of the Viewzone website, recently revealed that in 1998 he was shown a secret HAARP facility near Fairbanks, Alaska.

HAARP in Gakona, about 300 miles south of here, that's a fake decoy for the public. Everyone knows about that," Dave told Eden. "They even have a web site with one of those instant cam things and a few dozen antennae. That's just a thing for show so they can say that it's all harmless and open."





Two Men( Jonas and Dave who was discharged from the navy) explained that they had worked at the secret HAARP, Dave was in the command center of the heater. He worked with the primary transmitter or generator. Jonas said that he mainly worked on the feeder lines on the antenna farm. The two were both there when they "bumped the power up to the max and let it blow," from thousands of watts to billions.

Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes.

Michel Chossudovsky, professor of economics at the University of Ottawa and Director of the Center for Research on Globalization, says that: "There are very clear statements by the U.S. Air Force to the effect that weather modification technology is available, HAARP is fully operational and could be used in actuall military situations. It is clear that weather warfare does constitute an instrument of the Air Force, they even identify the scenarios of its use."

Why would HAARP be unleashed on Haiti?
Some speculate that Haiti was used as a testing ground for HAARP. Others say it is a method of depopulation wiping out the poor. Or as Hillary Clinton said "to merge with Haiti's Governement". If the US rebuild Haiti many Haitians fear that they would take full control of Haiti's Government. Haiti will no longer have it's own independance for US will be it's dictator.

HAARP is based on physicist Bernard J. Eastlund's U.S. Patent from 1987 titled "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere"

Eastlund explained in his patent application that by influencing the ionosphere, methods of communication disruption, missile shielding and weather modification are possible. His second patent described the reflection of a second signal, using a previously "heated" ionospheric bulge, to distant locations on the Earth's surface.

Because Eastlund's "heaters" could elevate the Earth's ionosphere, his discovery provided the ability to control weather by altering upper atmosphere wind patterns. This is done by focusing high frequency radio transmissions on the ionosphere, lifting and heating it in localized areas which then alters wind patterns and ultimately weather conditions


This Technology was meant to improve the world's conditions.




Dr. Eastlund's technologies would change our planet. Electrical energy will be available everywhere, without the need for transmission lines. Disasters from severe thunderstorms and tornadoes will be minimized, climates will be made milder, and food production will be enhanced by illuminated skies and ample rainfall. Global communication will be inexpensive. Critical ozone will be replenished. And, most importantly, nuclear weapons will have been made obsolete by the abilities to detect and destroy enemy installations. Terrorism will also be made much more difficult. In short, Eastlund's discoveries provide inexpensive energy and an end to draught and hunger-- the major causes of human violence.

But it is being used to do the opposite by the US Military

A year ago in China, witnesses video taped these strange lights in the sky About 30 minutes before the Earthquake that was a 7.9 magnitude on the scales (similar to Haiti) killing thousands.





These lights were similar to that of Project testings conducted by Haarp past years called "Project Starfish" where witnesses view this bright red aurora in the skies.


The magnetic field bends light. This nuclear device disturbed the ionoshere magnetoshpere. This is the purpose of HAARP, the U.S. military’s new weapon.

Summary of HAARP

"The earthquake and the cyclone are both by-products of a HAARP beam. The radio antenna array in Alaska sends a massive amount of electricity into the upper atmosphere in the form of radio waves. Theses waves vibrate the molecules in the air and cause rapid heating to an immense degree of heat (to the state of liquid plasma, if need be). This localized beam of radio waves literally punches a hole in the upper atmosphere, creating an air vacuum underneath it which in turns sucks air violently upwards, thereby leading to a whirlwind effect like a cyclone.
